Working with the elected committee, we will manage the full running of the complex on your behalf.
COMPLEX MAINTAINANCE
Complex maintenance can be upheld using our experienced traders including certified electrical and mechanical engineers that we have worked with over many years.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
This is your personal property that we can tailor fit around your needs, for all individuals form a one off clean to an all year round service.
POOL MAINTAINANCE
We have reliable and experienced pool operatives and the pool cleaning includes all chemicals for your site. The visits are recorded with a full set of pool readings, kept on site for your inspection. The price will include regular visits during summer and winter.
POOL LICENSE
We have reliable and experienced pool operatives and can help with the process to acquire pool licenses.
GARDENS
We offer a professional garden service for your complex communal gardens and it will be tended to on a regular basis. Services include pruning, fertilisation, watering, mowing, leaf removal, irrigation and timers, cleanup and all general garden maintenance. Our gardeners are fully equipped with all tools and equipment.
CLEANING
We provide an efficient, reliable, high standard of cleaning with your own personal cleaner on a regular basis, to be tailored to your complex requirements. All cleaning equipment is included.

PEST CONTORL
We offer a professional, knowledgeable service. This cost effective service entails a quarterly spray of all drains. Alongside this you can choose to have extras i.e. rat baits, individual house sprays, communal stair spray. All chemicals are pet/child/plant friendly all in accordance with BASF.
FINANCIAL PLANING
We can offer and work closely with elected committee and Treasurer to budget all finances for general expenses and future projects.
INVOICING
We will provide the following administration services:-
Including, monthly, quarterly & annual statements |
Collection of all Community Charges |
Collection of contingency funds |
Paying of all community bills. (In arrears) |
Pursuing of bad debtors. |
Audit accounts (Through company accountant.) |
Accounts/Invoices sent quarterly to all owners. |
Receipts/Invoices lodged, available for inspection to any ownerTransparency – Any owner can view ledges/invoices/bills at any time |
COLLECTION OF FUNDS
The collection of additional funds is highly advisable towards any project for the complex. This can be towards an approved painting program or unexpected repairs. The collection is flexible and held for individual owners.
UTILITY BILLS
We arrange smooth transaction of all utility bills.
LEGAL ADVICE
All committees and owners must adhere to the 1993 Immovable Property Law as set by Cyprus Government along with complex constitution (general agreements) that can be drawn up with legal guidance by BMB.
INSURANCE
We supply quotes for both rebuild and Public liability. The committee it is responsible for the insurance of communal area and we will take direction from the committee.
