B.M.B. SITE MANAGEMENT LTD. is a Registered Company founded by Betty & the Late Stephen Martland-Buck who lived in the Paphos area for 20 years.
The new owners since 2019 are the Lazarou family, and Mr George oversees all the management of the Company.
Our aim is to work with, provide help and assist the committee members in the running and management of their Complex.
In recent times with the releasing of title deeds more and more developers are having to give up the control the complexes’ which often can leave the residents with major problems in the day to day running of their communal services and collections of Community Charges from home owners. This can be an enormous responsibility to the committee.
Having managed Complexes and advising others for many years, we have gained substantial knowledge in Property and Site management and the various problems that can occur.
We are based in Chloraka and BMB Site Management Ltd. manage a large number of complex’s in the Paphos area’s under its management and is available to offer any advice in the formation of new committees, along with other questions you may have.
The company has increased its customer services and are now site managing 30plus complexes.
Office Staff
Mary Locke joined us from the UK, who has extensive business experience, and is our office manager. Mary started with the business as a cleaner in 2014 and therefore has first hand experience.
Debbie Harmer joined the office in early 2020 and has significant business experience and has excellent knowledge of Complex Management from being on the receiving end as an owner on a complex. Debbie has proved to be an asset for the Company.
We are fortunate to appoint our 3rd person Andrea Savva as Office Administrator. Andrea started with us in March 2022. A true asset to the Company with excellent customer service skills and an aptitude of learning the business.
Our 4th member Demetria Christodoulou has been with us since 2023 as Office Administrator and has excelled in her knowledge and skills of Site Management. A conscientious and competent person and luckily, another asset for the Company.
